Bally Bag?

I’ve had this bag for many years. It belonged to my great grandmother who was a seamstress for upper class ladies in Hertfordshire and was gifted to her. I am going to get rid and just wondered if anybody had seen anything like this? Thanks in advance

I have little knowledge when it comes to purses but I agree with Ruth. It appears 60s to me also.
