thanks for taking the time for updated images, Jason.

It looks like a vinyl duffle bag to me, but it may be leather. I can't make out what the logo says, maybe Gradvohl?? and whatever it says under that is unreadable to my eyes.

these make fabulous travel bags if the dimensions fit within the carryon luggage size now; those exterior pockets come in really handy for carrying passport & phone, esp

I read it as Gradwohl too. Underneath it seems to say "Bolsas do C..." - can you say what the last word says? I can't quite decipher it. I think it's Portuguese - bolsa means bag/handbag.
