Anyone familiar with costumes? Found this one recently

It reminds me of the sort of costumes you find in Panto’s. Maybe not outrageous enough but I think of a character like widow twanky. No idea if the era though sorry.

Yes I agree, Panto, Widow Twanky, maybe one of the Ugly Sisters, worn by a man most likely.
