Help identifying this beautiful Mugler piece.

Hello, I have this beautiful Mugler jacket. Wondering what era is it, it looks 90s to me but it would help getting more info about it. Thanks in advance.

I always associate this label with 90s pieces.

I don't know for sure, but the '99W' on the label may mean its from the Winter 1999 collection, however, as the label is in French, I would expect it to be 99H (Hivre for winter) if that was the case, so never mind, I am probably wrong - besides the jacket looks a bit older than 1999 - it looks more early-mid 90s to me...
