Hi- I am clearing out a huge pile of hoarded stuff that's actually sourced from my mom's attic!

I don't know anything about this dress/outfit or era but hope someone here might!

About 1900 on the nose - maybe 1899. GREAT colour, and the condition looks pretty good.
