Identifying a y2k dress brand

Suri Cruise's unknown, possibly vintage 2000s, prom dress seems to be a hot topic. Since no one has yet been able to figure out the designer, it's possible it was actually custom designed/made for her. Mom Katie Holmes has just done a capsule collection with French brand A.P.C that was supposedly inspired by 2000s fashions, so it wouldn't be surprising that Suri would have something done reminiscent of that time period.

That's what I thought at first. But there's a post on facebook about her from last year by the vintage store (Malin Landaeus) that sold the dress. They didn't specify the brand though.
