Very nice find - I have had a few Sulka items, including a Vicuna robe - they are amazing pieces.
As far as I know, Sulka only did menswear, so this was probably a scarf of some sort, despite the color scheme

I bought my dress form, with bendable arms, from Roxy Display. They have a ton of options and their service is amazing - my form was on my doorstep the day after I ordered it.
I am no expert either, but I just don't get a Chanel feeling from these pieces. Are they lined? I would assume that any piece by Chanel would be lined.

As for drycleaning - if you have a very good drycleaner, then yes. Those white beaded pieces would probably need to come off first.
