You know what- I think I can see a seam in the selvedge text area where it joins onto the main body of the fabric, almost like the slevedge is from something else that was liberty fabric and has been stitched onto other material- but I could be imagining it. :puzzled:

I would check out Atticville on etsy, who used to stock these. I believe they are 1970s. and I have had a few pairs over the years- they are truly amazing!
Melanie, I finally found my grosgrain, but its actually a light lavender almost grey shade, so I am guessing it may not work, apologies for getting your hopes up!
