Okie dokie, definite 60s it is! I was confused cos I thought the top was 60s re the neck, sleeveless etc, but what threw me was the relative fullness of the skirt, compared with the straightness of the empire line 60s dresses, and the subtlety of colour. I kind of associate louder bright colours...
