This looks a lot like the dresses that girls were wearing to prom around 1983/1984. Or so I've heard. :)

I see 70s. It reminds me of those Les-Cyn novelty sweaters. It's really cute. I could see one of my grade school teachers wearing it with high waist wide leg pants and oversized glasses with a pink tint.
