I agree with Poppy. The beadwork is very similar to what you see on the gorgeous hand-beaded cardigans from Hong Kong in the late 50s/early-mid 60s time era. Your cheongsam was probably custom made by a Hong Kong tailor/seamstress shop for a Hong Kong visitor.

Mr. Dino's have done very well for me and novelty prints are very popular right now on Etsy. I would think the figural dog print would sell fast at a good price. I would date the Mr. Fine blouse circa 1974. I had almost the exact same shirt a few years with the original dated price tag.
