Yes, the VI parade format has evolved recently - kind of downsized and incorporated into the regular weekly parades. Due to the explosion of social media and other online changes, I believe the Site Committee and Board agreed that these were appropriate changes for a better fit with membership...

Mary Jane, I don't recall the 6 item rule, but it now runs under the "regular" parade rules of 5 item-limits. However, at times, the rule has been slightly flexible. :) Thanks for bringing up your concerns about the parades.
