Hi All, I'm a relatively new collector and have been eyeing this dress. It's listed as a 20s, 30s piece but thought it could be earlier. It reminds me of a Titanic-style. That's velvet around the waist and collar. Thank you!

I had someone suggest this might be a Schiaparelli? No label....but a fabulous bird of paradise done entirely in rhinestones on one side. Thought I would throw it out to everyone who is knowledgeable in 20s dresses! Thanks for any information you can give me on this exquisite dress!
