Hi! I’m looking for some help dating these toddler overalls. Thank you!!

I have a pair of Osh Kosh overalls with this garment union tag attached. So far I can't find an example of it anywhere to gauge the approximate age. Any input is appreciated! Also showing the brand label from the overalls.

What would be a good price point for these and/or how rare are they? This is only the second pair I've found with "prints".
