14k gold object, but I have no clue what it is. Please help!

I received this object as an inheritance, but I have no idea what it is. It has tested as 14k gold, not sure if the stones are genuine. It seems like a pendant but there is no hole drilled, and it is unmarked. Any help as to what this object could be would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
