Hi everyone! I've just aquired two lovely dresses. The first is this one. Construction, fabric and style are 1920s but I was wondering if someone could pinpoint when? I'm leaning towards 26 - 29 based on hem length. I'm quite short so the hem may look shorter on taller people. The dress is chiffon crepe and the bodice has a bluish velvet. Unfortunately the pleats are falling out of the skirt. Thanks!
