Does it seem to be leather or faux? If leather, it looks like it may be embossed into the reptile scale pattern. If it's real reptile (alligator or other) there should be a bit of lift at the edge of some of the scales. Is the handle metallic or cord?

I'm not a handbag expert but we do have a few here.

I tried a reverse image search online using that first photo, and the closest match was a company called "Roberto Roma". They also used back-to-back R's like that, but the R's in their logo use a different font, and all of the ones I found were embossed leather labels rather than metal. Digging around a bit more, I also found a company called Rizman Ruzaini which used (or uses) a similar logo, but again not the same, and they seem to be a more modern-day company.
