1950s or 60s on this Cloche? Hat?

Hi Everyone, Hope you're Sunday is going well.
I think this is 60s but wondering if it's earlier, or what area of 60s?
Also, is this technically a cloche?

It has a bit of the famous Aretha Franklin hat vibe. I would say 60s on yours too.

While I am not 100% sure, I would also go with 1960s. All that top stitching in the felt is a nice touch, and was a bit costly to do which is why you do not see it much on hats after the 1960s. And yours is such a gorgeous color!
