Also if they are genuine sea turtle, rather than leather embossed to look like sea turtle, they will be protected by CITES and other wildlife laws. All sea turtles are on CITES appendix 1, which means their skins are not legal to sell (with certain very limited exceptions), making them effectively worthless. I have heard that in USA if you have a receipt proving their age as older than 1975, you may be able to sell them within your own state only, but only certain states allow this, and I don't know the details. It is not legal to sell them across borders. You could contact your local wildlife office for more information.
