1973? Versace Signature Jeans

Hello,
I am new to these forums but I am hoping to get some advice/help about a pair of vintage Versace jeans that I was recently gifted. I don't know much about them other than the label seems to state that they were made in 1973.

The sizing seems to be confusing, does anyone know what this would convert to as a UK or US size?

If anyone could provide me with some more information about them, that would be great!

I've attached some images below.

Thanks in advance!
Elliott

Not sure what a Norma Della Legge is, or what was registered in 1973, but I think these are late 90s - early 2000s

Thank you for the information, Jonathan.

I've done a little bit of research and it seems that the " a Norma Della Legge 26/11/1973" is a reference to Italy's care and fiber content labeling law.
I did think that the buttons and patch looked more modern but just presume they were from 1973 by that date.

Yes that’s a standard info point on a euro label for the time. I’d hazard a guess at late 90’s early Y2K for these too. Versace Jeans couture line started in the late 80s-early 90s. Bringing streetwear into their catwalk collections.
