1980s or later on this Mink (?) Stroller(?)

I'm guessing 80s but wonder if it could be 90s or later?
Also, mink with dyed striped trim?

Yes, 80s, yes the trim is dyed, specifically stenciled.

Ok, it's long enough to be considered a stroller but even though it is due to the style it looks like a jacket. It is longer than the typical jacket though so I would reference it using all the words jacket, stroller, coat.

also, there are side vents? Slits? at the hem on both sides about 7 1/2 inches....what is the proper term for those?
