2 ladies shoes, Dates? and label?

They are both "made in Italy", the black glitter ones do not have a makers/brand name on them.

The straw ones(50's?) have: a phoenix emblem, and maybe? M on one side of the phoenix and a C on the other. Clear lucite? heels - brevett nupi, firenze made in Italy - stamped on them.

OK... I'll go out on a dating limb and say 70s on the first pair and 50s on the second.

Methinks the same. I've never seen that combo before, either, but that lucite heel looks so 50s shaped?

The top ones feel '70s. What size are the straw ones? I have a friend that will <i>kill</i> for those. She's been hunting for lucite heels with no luck whatsoever!
