Thanks, you guys.

The train is almost 8 feet long measuring from the waist!! So, I thought, only way to get a good pic will be to take it outside. I got a couple of sheets and spread on the ground, lugged my manni outside and everytime I tried to take a pic, the wind would blow up and mess it up. So back inside with manni to my living room which miraculously was not populated by some couch potato. Here is what I got.

It was very hard trying to get a shot with all the furniture in this ugly room but I did and then just colored it in photoimpact. (am going to totally redo this room this Spring and will be asking for decorating help soon). The close up was just a frame job.

I have lots of watchers and hits. I had to ask more money than I would have liked to but this gown did not come cheaply. Hope it goes to a good home!

I LOVE your living room Linda! I would have shown that background because it makes the gown stand out.

What is photoimpact? I use acdsee to view, resize and edit and paint shop photo album to crop and lighten my photos, I could never master cutting out my backgrounds, is photoimpact easier than paint shop pro?, I never bought it because I figured I would have a hard time using it.

Your price is a BARGAIN! Someone will get a great deal on a stunning gown.

You really think I should show that pic? Well, I can always revise.:D

Photoimpact is a program I received with my very first digital camera. I think it is easy. DH, by mistake, deleted the program from my computer but got online and downloaded photoimpact8 free for me. It is not as simple as the first one I had, but much better to understand than other programs.

If it were me, I would show it as it looks more realistic with the surroundings.

I spend a lot of time now as it is editing photos, I can imagine just how much longer it would take me to edit out backgrounds...

I'm sure you remember I had a granddaughter last June, well she is almost 9 months old now, and the joy of my life...<P>

Oh, Tori, she is an absolute DOLL!! No need for mannequins when she gets older. She can model for you!!

Linda, I like the living room location, too--it looks so realistic, like when the photographer comes to the bride's house b-4 the wedding & takes pics of her & the bridesmaids & her parents getting ready.... Or do they still do that anymore? (My "big" wedding was so long ago, I have no idea if that tradition still holds, anc by the 2nd time around, who wants anybody, let alone a photographer, hanging around while you're running like a mad hen to make it to your wedding on time?)

Thanks, Anne. I guess I will have to take more pics in there if I can keep everyone out. lol
