30s or 40s?

I posted about this dress coulke of days ago to no replies:( ill try again then.. Its a rayon dress with jacket connected to it. The flaps also open and close with metal snaps. Its a bit big on me but anyway it hits about the ankle lover calf. Looser fit with a metal zipper on the side.
My guess is late 30s early 40s? But cant really find similar silluettes.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated

Hi, I suspect it is because in your photos the garments are too small and dark to see properly. All I can make out is the outline. Can you get some closer photos that show the shape, construction and details and we may be in a better position to help you.

Yes, I'd like to see a close-up of whatever is going on with the embroidery on the red material. Does it have shoulder pads? Is it lined? With?
