This makes me want to get married again, or at least get a wedding gown. I love thi little lace and pearl headpiece. I guess it makes it time to list my Emma Domb wedding dress as well.

Harriet was looking for a friend for a headpiece for an august or september wedding. I wonder if she is still looking!

Gosh, that Emma Domb is lovely. too bad our wedding already happened...it would have been perfect for a shorter length wedding dress for an outdoor wedding.

thanks chris :hiya: ...you have a fab memory! afraid to say i have given up trying to help.. the wedding has turned into some kind of hello magazine extravaganza. i cannot use the word bridezilla about my best friend but lets just say nothing is good enough so i have stopped making suggestions.... she has gone from hair up with veil and tiara to hair down with slide comb. i think last i checked it was fresh flowers and we (bridesmaids) are being done by the hollyoaks make up artist - which i realise will not mean anything to my us/canadian friends but lets just say i am hoping not to be bright orange and highlighted into oblivion...

(sorry, OT rant over!) they are gorgeous and i am keeping my eye on your auctions kelly as i collect vintage wedding stuff - which is why she'd asked me to help out in the first place - so i'm back to buying for little old me again!

:D

Bridezilla...say no more!
Oh no...not the orange foundation...or is that on the cheeks? Yikes.

Harriet, how did you get interested in collecting vintage wedding things...how did that start?
