Unfortunately, there's not much info about LUIS-MARI in our Label Resource.
It's really cute and has a some nice attributes in my opinion. All cotton is great; the puffed sleeves, the lace-up front and low scoop neck, the flaring skirt with a ruffled flounce...I don't know the age, but it reminds me most of a short version of mid to late 70s fashions in the U.S. It also reminds me of square dance dresses or the stereotype of a German bar maid. The zipper appears to be hand pick stitched.
