Hello All, Can someone please give me their thoughts on this garment. When I bought it, it was described as "French style". It's all cotton. Nightgown or petticoat originally? What era? There are no closures, pull on. Also, are there any lace experts out there? I thought maybe Valenciennes, but it does have a corded outline to the design, so maybe not.
