Is anyone familiar with older suiting? Any info is appreciated! This one seems a bit older than most vests I come across. Interior lining is silk, exterior back fabric feels like rayon and front fabric is wool. Buckle has “PRIMA” on the interior.

I might think this is Edwardian era, maybe WWI era at the latest. But it is difficult to be sure without seeing it in person or on a body form.

As Barbara has stated above age wise I agree. Those silk buttons lead me to believe era is Edwardian or teens.
