I don't remember ever picking this up, but it was with my inventory. It's not particularly vintage. It seems to be made of quality doeskin. I was wondering if it's part of some kind of scout uniform?

These were real popular in the early 80s... not sure I know what they're called. They are a fashion item that nods to Native fashion but is not really traditional Pow Wow apparel.

I'd call it a fringed poncho, makes me think of hippy, retro 70s, boho, western vibes.
