Aloha! Can anyone help me find information on the Dress pictured. It’s by Hatari New York (tags pictured below) It is a drop waist dress with sash my best guess is it was made in the 80s. Thank you for any help!

I remember this label from the 80s. Mid 80s. It was a manufacturer in NYC in the garment district not a designer.
