Anyone recognize this label?

I bought this lovely skirt yesterday at a vintage clothing store and have fallen in love with it and am now in the process of looking for who designed it to possibly buy more in the future. The only problem is, I can't work out who the designer/brand is. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it.

Yes, I can, I like in the UK however the skirt tag says made in Italy. Here is the skirt and some of the features of it along with the tag. I hope this helps
