Anyone Remember Mr. Bob??? Summer Dress

I know this isn't a dress to set the world on fire, but it has a certain kind of sweet charm. It's by MR.BOB.(whoever he might be) and is a kind of crinkled whipped cream-like fabric. Early 70s? 60s? Grandma's outcast outfit?

It is sweet I am thinking 60's but not seeing the all the pics
 
I just love that whipped cream fabric. Has such a great feel. Can we see the rest of the dress?
