I'm a little light on rain gear, since I collect umbrellas and have a lot of trouble parting with them!
The thing that gets me on a blustery day, though, is mussing my hair in the wind. So, I give you scarves! Big enough to cover your hairdo, and still not crush your curls.

As soon as I saw the theme this week I was wondering if you would post that umbrella. I LOVE it and have it in my favorites. I keep trying to decide if I should buy it or not, as there is not a lot of rain to deal with here and we are just about into our "no rain" season... but I think it's absolutely adorable!!
