I found these today at a thrift store and managed to get them for 50c due to a sale! What era are they? Are they Victorian or later?

I know right?! They were 75% off the $5.99 price but they couldn't figure out how to discount them properly and so I ended up paying 50c! I couldn't believe I'd found them let alone being able to pay that little!
