Beautifully made dress, no label, no tags

Hello! Thank you for taking your time to help me figure this dress out. It was made very well. The inside lining feels like satin while the dress itself is a thicker synthetic. material with a very slight stretch. It zips up the front with a plastic zipper. The multicolor piping goes along the zipper and around the collar. I don't see any evidence where a label or tag would have been.

Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

No idea on the maker, but I had a dress similar in the 1990s. It is a very figure flattering style.
