This outfit reminds me of a short sleeved version of the "Sunday Best" card. I thought this was '60's when I bought it but it's mid-70's per the Union Label and Lot Size:

So cute! I don't have a Tammy doll yet in my collection (only an original Sindy, who's a very similar type of girl ;) ), but I hope I'll find one one day. I didn't know that there was a Tammy card game though. Good to know!
