Hi everyone! I went to an estate sale today and picked up this plaid dress. I thought it was really interesting, the fabric has a metallic shine to it and silver stitching throughout.

It’s lined with polyester and has a side YKK zipper. I couldn’t find anything on the label. Any help with what the outer fabric could be would be appreciated as well :)

In a very fast search before I have to leave again I found this in a 1978 article: "Richard and Sue Marcus, of Applause Inc., manufacturers of women's apparel, will discuss apparel manufacturing...Their Rave Reviews, Fanfare, and Showstopper lines are in specialty shops and department stores across the country."
