Can’t find any information on Label Anne Rubenstein Couture

Hi! I’m new here.
I have a black 100 percent wool split skirt (not that old, probably 1970s or later according to zipper and washing tags)
It has a tag reading “Anne Rubinstein Couture, Paris” and has a stamp in the corner saying “made in France.”
I can’t find any information on Rubinstein and it’s driving me a little crazy.
Any help would be appreciated!

that's a gorgeous piece, Morgan! it may be from the 1990s, reminds me of the film Pretty Woman, and the high waist shorts set she wore near the end of the film. we have some expert label researchers here, i'm sure someone will drop by for you!
