Can anyone assist with putting a date to this dress please

    no label, handmade, has a netting like underskirt

    Hard to tell from that photo... can't really see the details like type of fabric and how the seams are put together. From I see... that hem in particular, it looks contemporary not vintage.

    Is it a child's dress? I agree with the others, seems quite new - could be 80s with those bold polka dots.
