Can you help date this purse?

I found this lovely purse today and it’s like nothing I have ever seen. Can you help me date it? Any other info is greatly appreciated. The outside is straw with what seem to be plastic beads, inner is a cotton or linen I think.

It looks like raffia straw with plastic beaded flowers and I am seeing the 1960s. The interior looks like a canvas cotton.
