Hi all! I have a lovely dress that’s I am not quite sure how to date. Any thoughts? Material is thick, soft and flows beautifully (maybe crepe?). Thanks for your feedback
The bust draping and treatment, the crepe and the side zipper make me think this is 1940s. Could be 1938/39 as well.
I agree with Hollis and it most likely would have had a matching bolero jacket originally. Sweet dress!
