Carmen Marc Valvo Heavy Beaded Top

I found this really heavy, beautifully beaded top and can’t really find anything out about it though assume is 1990s? Unfortunately, runs pretty small so not sure what I’m going to do with it! Has anyone seen a top like it?
Easily weighs a few pounds.

Hi there... this is *probably* mid 2000s at the earliest. I believe that this was his label that was often found in good department stores, not quite mid range but definitely below couture.

The line was launched in 1989 so it could be earlier than 2000's. It probably had a matching or plain long skirt, originally.

I bought a Carmen Marc Valvo dress in 2001 at Neiman Marcus (actually I bought the sample at a fashion show - but I remember the date and still have the dress.) I wore it again in 2008. Very classic.
