Another "Star" burglary~But this one would kill me.. they broke into Rachel Bilson's home, she is on the OC, who always claimed "Fashion is her Passion."

Theives took her Chanel Collection, all her her designer labels, shoes, clothes, bags

And.. sadly.. … She collected a lot of vintage shoes – size 5 – and they took them all, as well as heirloom jewelry from her Grandmother.

I know how she feels.. when my home was burgularized in 2000, i was more upset over vintage Prom Gowns and my Olga nightgowns they took, than i was the TV & stereo.. the police just didn't understand..

That's horrible. I too have been burglarized and lost a vintage jewelry collection that can never be replaced. It's just heartbreaking.

Kristine, she wears a size 5, pretty teeny, huh? wouldnt it be nice if she discovered your local shop?

Jonathan.. you are so right! i have had a pile of size 5-6 shoes for about 10 years now I just can't move.
wish they were nice size 8's.. lol..
they are going to have a hard time getting rid of the shoes they stole!
 
What Kristine said - I have lots of size 5 customers and they love vintage shoes because they fit them. It's just as hard to be a small size as it is to be a too big size in many ways.

If some one brought me Rachel's shoe collection I'd snap them up - assuming I didn't know they were stolen of course.

Maybe there are not a lot of size 5's around because we as dealers do not purchase them. I know I have left many a cute pair behind because they are a tough sell for me.
