Coat of the Hungarian rebel - help determine the price

Hello.
My name is Andrej. I would like to know how much this leather coat can cost?
The coat was made to order in the atelier during the anti-Soviet putsch in Hungary.
This is 1956-1958 years, Hungary, Budapest.
Very thick and heavy natural leather, the lining is also a thick flannel.
Removable insulation made of natural sheepskin.
The coat is in very good condition.
I would be grateful if you would help me to determine its price at the present time, and also where I can sell it and to whom it may be interesting.

I am afraid it is in the forum rules we do not value or help price items here Gronsky because ideally it needs to be seen and handled in person. I only know of auction houses in the UK and US. So it will depend what country you are in and if the auction houses there offer this service. You can usually find out from their website or emailing them.

Ah they are the big two for vintage clothing so it means usually it is of too small value for them to auction, or too niche for their market. You should probably try a local auction house in that case, you can also search Ebay solds to see if anything similar has sold successfully recently.

Unfortunately in Ukraine there are no local auctions of vintage clothing.
Also there are no people who can appreciate such a thing at its true worth. Local mentality does not allow this, unfortunately. So I decided to apply to foreign sites.
