Confused with Woolrich shirt label

Hi all and thanks for taking the time to read my question. Haven't seen a Woolrich label like this where the sheep is red,white and blue. It does say made in USA and is 85% wool and 15% nylon....real heavy flannel shirt. Any thoughts on a possible time frame for this shirt? Vintage or new ?

I would say made in USA makes it a little older, from what I know after the 90s most textile production was moved outside of the US...
