Date help please for heavily beaded dress

Hi All!


Can anyone help me with a date for this shirtdress?

Heavily beaded collar and cuffs and beading throughout the lace.

The label just says made in Hong Kong.
I'm torn between late 60s or maybe even 80s, help please!

It looks 60s to me with the collar shape and that casual shirtwaist style done in luxe materials. And no shoulder pads. Also the beading on lace is I think more common in the 60s. I remember those 80s dresses as more likely to be on chiffon
