Dating a dress

Hello there,

This dress doesn't have a label, i am also new in guessing dates and learning slowly. I tried to look for similar dress in etsy and i founded one that is 1990's, but inspired inspired in the 30's....? I think looks like more 40's. It could be also a modern dress inspired in certain epoca. Please help!
