Dating a Hawaiian(?) Pinafore type dress

    Hi There,
    I don't have any sense of dating on this one....there's only this fabric manufacturer info and the little white size tag has XL pencilled on....any help much appreciated!

    The print looks like more African pattern than Hawaiian to my eye. I am no help with dating sorry.

    The fabric does look like a batik fabric. Was wondering if the WM stands for William Morris? I'm not sure on dating, perhaps some experts on that can help out. I'd suggest that it's hand made or possibly boutique made.

    Those shoulders and the dropped waist make me think 80s, but that's just a guess.

    No matter what the age, it's adorable.
