    Are the shoulders padded? If so, I'm seeing 80s.

    I would call the fabric silk jacquard.

    It's beautiful - love the color and the ruffle!

    i thought so as well! however, there's no shoulder pads

    I wore similar blouses in the eighties that had no shoulder pads. C
