Hello. I was assuming these are from the 50s or 60s, until I started googling and found quite a few pairs on eBay and etsy, with the sellers claiming everything from the 30s on up, so I thought I'd ask for confirmation. Thank you!

Thank you! I found some ads from the 50s. The green ad is from 1958. The heel in the ad is slimmer, and the toe is missing the curly fabric in the center. The red and green ad is from Home Journal 1950. It has the same shoe as mine, only in red, and I think the heel might be a little higher but it's hard to tell. The toe decoration is the same. I did suspect they might be earlier 1950s than later.

These ads are great! What I find though with shoe ads that show illustrations and not photos of the actual shoes, that they can be a bit stylized and may show the shoes looking a bit "sexier" than they were. As the green ad shows the slipper at an angle, it's hard to tell I think what the heel really looked like. What's for certain is that some of these models were around for several years.

I have a pair of Rayne slippers with netting on with small kitten heel stilettos so I've always associated this frilly maid style with the late 50's/early 60's. The heel on these is a standard cuban heel however which would fit with early to mid 1950's.
